The warranty starts on the date of purchase (valid receipt).
Very easy: you activate your vehicle on the warranty registration tab. Shortly after your registration you will receive a warranty number by e-mail. Please note this number on your sales receipt for eventual warranty cases.
No, the warranty is product - and not individual-related. After activation of the warranty which must be within the first 4 weeks after date of purchase the buyer will receive a warranty number by e-mail. This number - together with the sales receipt - he can pass to the next buyer. In order to maintain the warranty the next buyer has to register as well with his name and the warranty number online.
The warranty relates to the repair works or the substitution of a faulty frame, fork or handlebar. It does not contain labour cost for assembly work respectively the exchange of attachment parts.
The warranty excludes damages which are caused by normal wear and tear, defects, malfunctions or breakdown which are caused by misuse, carelessness, improper assembly respectively improper servicing or the use of non-original or OEM parts.
